Inspiring a love for Crafting

I love teaching kids to craft. Watching them explore new ideas and try new things. Witnessing their wonder as they turn average materials into something AMAZING!!

I offer crafty class, crafty parties, and crafty kits to try at home. Check out my What’s on page to find me running crafty activities at craft fairs and events.

Saturday Crafty Club

Following the success of my after school crafty club, I have set up Crafty Club sessions on a Saturday.

Sessions will be held at The Woodside, Bolnore Village every Saturday morning during term time.

Suitable from age 4 (reception), with separate classes for each age group, right through to year 6 and beyond.

What People Say…

Thank you so much for an amazing evening, we are all nurses and work hard at our hospital so it was nice to relax for a couple of hours and we had such fun making our Xmas wreaths. So much lovely fresh foliage, berries and mistletoe and the odd creepy crawly. The mulled wine was a real treat, along with the amazing mince pies and rocky road.

Alyson hosted a party for my 10 year old daughter and her friends today and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough. They were all engaged for over 2 hours and had a wonderful time making dreamcatchers ans friendship bracelets. Perfect party for creative minds and hands. Thank you Alyson.

My son did recently made a Beading Brilliant keyring for his book bag as he is starting in Reception. He really enjoyed the class and everything was so well set up. He was so proud afterwards! We will definitely be doing another class. Many thanks!

A great knitting book for beginners detailing difference stitches and knitting terminology. I have found it relatively easy to follow and I am part way making the knitted bunny kit. I have had a couple of hiccups along the way but there is a section on common mistakes which is useful! It has definitely encouraged me to knit other projects.
