Crafty Club FAQs
How do I book a space?
Get in touch with me directly to book your space. You can send me a message, call me, or send me an email. My phone number is 07840618295, or email me on email@example.com.
Is booking necessary?
Absolutely! Spaces are limited, so please book your space to avoid disappointment. I cannot guarantee there will be space for you if you turn up without a booking.
Do Parents need to stay at these sessions?
For sessions aged at school aged children and above (5+), spaces are limited, and whilst COVID restrictions remain, numbers are limited even further for adults in the room. So please drop your child off and return to collect them at the end of the session. If you would like to partake in the crafting as well, please book a space for yourself. If you feel you have a specific reason to stay with your child during the session, please contact me. We can accommodate a small number of parents, but these will need to be assessed on an individual basis.
For pre-school classes, please stay with your child during the session. You will need to supervise them at all times.
Do you do a sibling discount?
I have worked hard to keep the costs for everyone as low as possible. For that reason, I am unable to offer a sibling discount at this time. If these sessions are popular, I may look into offering a loyalty scheme at a later date.
Where will the crafty sessions be held?
These sessions will predominantly be held at The Yews Community Centre in Haywards Heath. The full address is The Yews Community Centre, 55 Boltro Rd, Haywards Heath RH16 1BJ Details of the venue will be included in the description, and will also be confirmed upon booking your place.
What is your COVID policy?
All surfaces likely to be shared will be cleaned before sessions, between sessions if more than one is running consecutively, and after the sessions have finished for the day. These include (but are not limited to) door handles, chairs, tables, shared crafting equipment such as scissors and pens). The amount of shared equipment will be minimised as far as possible.
Adults attending any session will be required to wear a mask, unless they are exempt.
Please do not attend your crafting session if you have recently experienced any COVID symptoms. Details of your attendance will be recorded for track and take purposes for four weeks as required by UK law.
Can I get a refund if I miss my session?
As a general rule, no. But I am not made of stone. Life happens. Let me know in advance, and if I can sort something out for you, I will.
