COVID-19 Updated Delivery Information
The delivery options and prices below remain unchanged during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Deliveries will be made once a week, usually on a Thursday.
Deliveries made in person will be left on your doorstep. I will then ring the bell and stand back to ensure social distancing guidelines are met. These will also be made on a Thursday unless otherwise agreed.
I always ensure a high level of cleanliness whilst putting your kits together. Rest assured this will continue during these unprecedented times. Furthermore, I will clean my hands between deliveries as an added precaution.

Delivery and Shipping
Standard UK delivery will be made using Royal Mail and cost a flat fee of £3.50. Orders of £20 or more will be eligible for free delivery.
The majority of orders are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd class post. Larger orders will be sent via courier. You will be informed of any tracking information related to your order.
Fast delivery services are available on request. These will be an additional cost to you (the buyer) and quoted on an individual basis, dependant on the size of the order and the speed required. Please get in touch if you would like more information.
Deliveries within the postcodes RH15, RH16, and RH17 have the option selecting free delivery in person. I, or a member of my team, will deliver your order to your doorstep if this option is selected. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for delivery.
Orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 working days. Although it is often much faster than that. Please be aware that we do not hold a large number of finished kits. We generally put them together to order.
Returns and Refunds Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase. You are entitled to return any purchase with 30 calendar days from the date you receive it. Please let us know that you intend to return your item. You (the buyer) will be responsible for covering the cost of return any unwanted items.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging. Please provide an order number so that we can quickly process your refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please be aware, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
