COVID-19 Updated Delivery Information

The delivery options and prices below remain unchanged during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I always ensure a high level of cleanliness whilst putting your kits together. Rest assured this will continue during these unprecedented times. Furthermore, I will clean my hands between deliveries as an added precaution.

Delivery and Processing Times

The majority of kits will be made to order. Please allow 5 days from placing your order to give me time to put it together, ready for dispatch. It will often be far quicker than this. If you need a kit by a certain date, please get in touch. I may well be able to meet your deadline, and will do my very best to help you out.

At checkout, you will be able to select from the following delivery options:

Free 2nd Class Delivery

Free UK delivery regardless of order size using Royal Mail 2nd Class. This option usually takes 3-5 working days from dispatch.

1st Class Delivery

If you need your kits a little quicker, then select this option. I will send them out via Royal Mail 1st class delivery as soon as they are made up. This option usually takes 1-2 working days from dispatch.

Collection

You can arrange to collect your kits from me at Beading Brilliant HQ. Very handy if you are local to Mid Sussex. My postcode for your information is RH16 2SX.

I can hand deliver kits within RH15, RH16, RH17 postcodes. This will be a covid secure delivery in that your kits will be left on your doorstep, I will ring the bell or knock and stand back until you answer to retrieve your kits. If you do not answer, I will leave your kits in a safe place if there is somewhere suitable to do so, or will arrange another delivery time with you via email.

If you select this option, I will be in touch to arrange collection/delivery.

Gift Wrapping

You have the option to add gift wrapping to each kit on the product page. This costs £1 per kit, and is in keeping with my eco-conscious ethos.

Returns and Refunds Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with your purchase. You are entitled to return any purchase with 30 calendar days from the date you receive it. Please let us know that you intend to return your item. You (the buyer) will be responsible for covering the cost of return any unwanted items.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging. Please provide an order number so that we can quickly process your refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Please be aware, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
