FAQs
How many children can attend?
Most party packages include up to 8 guests (The mini package is a maximum of 5). You can add additional guests to these packages up to the maximum number mentioned on the craft details. Don’t forget to include the birthday girl or boy in your total count! These will be discussed when were finalising the details, but if you are unsure, please ask.
Can you come to our venue?
Yes. So long as your venue is suitable for the craft and the number of guests. If you’re struggling to find a suitable venue, let me know. I can help you sort a venue that will work.
What do you need at our venue?
Space! We will need a table that seats all of your guests. If you don’t have enough tables I can bring some with me. Some crafts like the bath bombs and lip balm will need access to power. For marbling we’ll need access to a fresh water supply and somewhere to pour waste water, but those kinds of details we will discuss before booking your party in.
What ages are suitable?
The minimum age for each craft is detailed in the craft cards above. Younger children may be able to complete these crafts, but they will likely need additional support from parents. Please be upfront about the ages of the children attending before booking. If I can adapt a craft for a younger sibling or cousin, I will.
Do parents need to help?
No. However, some parents love to get stuck in as well. Parents may well be helping if younger siblings are included in the party. We can discuss this if you are planning on including younger siblings in your party.
How far do you travel?
I can travel up to 10 miles from Haywards Heath as part of the package. Further distances may attract a mileage fee.
How long does it take to set up?
That depends on the craft. I can usually get everything set up within about 20 mins, but if its likely to take longer, I’ll let you know.
What if my child wants a bespoke craft?
Ooo! I love a bespoke party! Get in touch with your thoughts and I will send you some ideas and prices.
What is in the party bags?
Every party bag will as a minimum include a craft kit, a colouring sheet and pencils, and a sweet treat. I try and use a local baker to provide the sweet treat, so please let me know if there are any allergies I should be aware of.
Can I add party bags to a package if it is not included?
Yes, of course. Party bags are included in the Ultimate Party Package. If you’d like to include them in a different package they will be an additional £6 per party bag.
Can the craft they make be part of the party bags?
Absolutely. I can provide you with paper bags large enough to include the crafts as well.
How do I pay for the party?
Once all the details have been finalised and you are happy, you can choose to pay by either bank transfer or via a payment link. The party booking is not secured until full payment has been received.
