Rudolph Bauble

We had great fun with this one in my Crafty Club Christmas party recently. The materials are easy to come by, and cheap to purchase. Its a quick and relatively mess free craft to keep everyone entertained this festive season.

You will need:

  • Clear fillable bauble. One that opens at the top, rather than in half
  • brown paper
  • brown pipe cleaners
  • a red pompom
  • googly eyes
  • pva glue

Let’s get making…

Take the top off your bauble.

Shred the brown paper either into strips or small pieces. Open the top of your bauble, and fill it with the shredded paper. Carefully replace the lid.

Glue eyes and a nose onto your bauble. Using the pipe cleaners, make your reindeer a pair of antlers.

Now your rudolph bauble is ready to hang it up on your tree.

Variations…

Have fun with your Rudolph features. This gem from Crafty Club caused lots of giggles.

You could also do other festive characters. How about a santa bauble, or a snowman. Even a grinch bauble would look amazing.
