You will need…
- Some wax crayons. Old crayons are perfect for this craft.
- A silicone mould in your choice of design
- A baking tray

Let’s get making…
Preheat your oven to around 150oC
Break the crayons into small pieces. You can snap them with your fingers, or cut them on a chopping board with a sharp knife if you’d prefer.

Put the crayons into the silicon moulds. The crayons should be heaped just above the top of the mould. You can choose to make a random colour crayon with whatever you have, or theme your colours to match your mould.

Put the silicone mould on a baking tray and place in the oven for about 8-10 mins. Check the crayons regularly. Remove from the oven when the crayons have completely melted. If the level of the crayon is too low, add a few more pieces of crayons and put them back in the oven.

Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely. Once cool, carefully remove from the moulds.

These can be used straight away or gifted. Why not add them to a Santa Pot and gift as a beautiful gift.
